Driver's license data:

  • Driver's license number
  • Issue date and validity of license
  • Nationality and country of issue

Booking data:

  • Date, time, and pickup location
  • Selected vehicle (Ferrari or Lamborghini)
  • Selected options (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond)
  • Service amount

Payment data:

payment via SUMUP application or on-site payment on the day of service

Image data:

  • Photos and videos taken during the service (only with prior explicit customer consent)

In accordance with Article 6 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — Regulation EU 2016/679), data processing is based on the following legal grounds:

  • Performance of contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR): collection of name, first name, phone, email, driver's license, and booking information necessary for performing the rental service.
  • Legal obligation (art. 6.1.c GDPR): verification of driver's license in accordance with articles L.221-2 of the Traffic Code and L.124-1 of the Insurance Code.
  • Consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR): use of photos and videos for communication on our social media (Instagram, Google, Tripadvisor, TikTok) and marketing materials, subject to your explicit consent.
  • Legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR): service improvement, customer relationship management, and fraud prevention.

Your personal data is used exclusively for the following purposes:

  • Managing and confirming your bookings
  • Verifying your legal eligibility to drive our vehicles
  • Performing the rental service
  • Processing payments and managing deposits
  • Sending confirmations and communications regarding your booking

  • Compliance with our legal obligations (insurance, regulatory declarations)

  • Publication of souvenir photos/videos (with your explicit consent)

5. Data Retention Period

Your personal data is retained for the period strictly necessary for the purposes for which it was collected:

  • Booking and rental contract data: 1 week from the date of service
  • Copy of driver's license: duration of service + 1 week
  • Photos and videos (with consent): until withdrawal of your consent

6. Data Recipients

Your personal data is intended exclusively for authorized RENT MOTORS personnel. It may be transmitted to the following third parties within the strict limits of their duties:

  • Our insurance company, as part of vehicle coverage
  • Our partner service providers (photographer, decorator) only as part of packages including these services, and after your consent
  • Competent authorities (police, customs, justice) upon legal request

We do not sell, rent, or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes.

7. Your Rights

In accordance with articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978 as amended, you have the following rights:
